Double Shot Affogato featuring Ristretto

Balancing the strength of Ristretto with the creamy sweetness of icecream, this simple yet elegant recipe is the Nespresso take on a classic Italian coffee dessert.

METHOD

  1. 1. Place icecream into a glass.
  2. 2. Pour double shot ristretto over the top of the icecream.
  3. 3. Serve immediately.
  4. 4. Optional: add 50mL of coffee liquor.

With the addition of coffee liquor, this product contains ALCOHOL. Please enjoy responsibly.

INGREDIENTS

  • - 2 Nespresso Professional Ristretto capsules. Each capsule is to be extracted as a 25mL Ristretto.
  • - 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
