METHOD
- 1. Place icecream into a glass.
- 2. Pour double shot ristretto over the top of the icecream.
- 3. Serve immediately.
- 4. Optional: add 50mL of coffee liquor.

INGREDIENTS
- - 2 Nespresso Professional Ristretto capsules. Each capsule is to be extracted as a 25mL Ristretto.
- - 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
