Ultimate Nespresso Moment: Intense hot chocolate with Cailler Le Chocolat

Inspired by Josh’s love of chocolate, we have created an indulgent recipe for you to enjoy his favourite hot drink.

Featuring Cailler Le Chocolat and Lewis Road Creamery’s Chocolate Butter, this dreamy hot chocolate recipe is the perfect winter treat.

PREPARATION OF HOT CHOCOLATE

  1. 1. Start by placing two tablespoons of Lewis Road Creamery Chocolate Butter into the bottom of your recipe glass. Froth 100ml of full cream milk in your Aeroccino milk frother (without spring) or using the milk device on your Lattissima or Creatista coffee machine.
  2. 2. Add a sachet of Cailler Le Chocolat powder into your cup, then pour over your frothed milk and stir.
  3. 3. Top with whipped Lewis Road Creamery Single Cream, grated chocolate flakes and a marshmallow (or two) if you wish. Relax and indulge.
