I love everything except that I can’t put it over ice without it tasting watery. Each user will have to stop the brew cycle according to their coffee strength preference.

It also looks very nice on our new countertops. I love that it came with the clear glass Nespresso coffee mug. I’ve always wanted a clear glass coffee mug, lol. It makes an absolute delicious cup of coffee as well along with a delicious espresso to wake me up on those early mornings. I’m happy it came with all of those pods as well. It even came with a decaf pod. Thinking of buying one for my parents for Christmas because they love espresso, but don’t want to spend the money at the big-name stores to buy one- I can easily teach them how to use this machine. Overall definitely recommend.

It also came with a sample pack of pods that I can wait to explore! I had no issues setting up the machine, it’s very user friendly and I love that it has wifi to monitor and troubleshoot as needed. This Nespresso machine is great!! I can have straight espresso and add shots to my regular coffee. (Never going to the coffee shop again) It's very easy to use. The only thing that was a problem was the pods are not universal. I bought pods online and am now trying to return them so I can get vertuo pods. If you love coffee your have to have this machine, it brings your coffee made at home to another level.

I was so excited when it arrived I immediately set it up and made myself a cup. It was as good as I remembered. It’s easy to use and takes up barely any counter space. I highly recommend getting one if you are a fan of coffee and espresso. This machine delivers.

The price tag on this makes you think you’re getting something high quality when it is in fact the opposite. It will make consistent coffee for 3-6 months before becoming a giant pain in your routine. It needs to be descaled constantly. Sometimes after just one cup of coffee since the last time you descaled it. Due to there only being 1 button on the machine, the descaling and cleaning process is very confusing and can often be incredibly frustrating. Do not buy this model unless you’d like it to join mine in the dumpster in 6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough amazing things about this product. First, it looks sleek and is small so it barely takes up any counter space. Secondly, the set up and cleaning process was a breeze. I connected it to the wifi app and it shows you exactly what the machine is doing. To clean it make sure you fill up the tank, open the capsule area and close it with no capsule in it, then hit the button 3 times quickly as the booklet tells you. I struggled not realizing the capsule area had to open while the machine was on. After that, we picked a normal coffee pod and you just throw it in, and hit the brew button. The barcodes on the pods tell the machine how much water to use/what its making so you don't have to do anything at all. Nespresso also has tons of pods to choose from and even has attachments like milk frothers for this machine. My husband said it's some of the best coffee he's ever had from home. I love how quick and easy it was and how versatile it is with coffee and espresso both. Also, I am eco conscious and these pods are recyclable through a mail in program. What an amazing company. When I opened the top to move the capsule, it automatically pushed it into the holding container on the left side. This product is top tier engineering and creation in my opinion.

After sampling a dozen different options I am blown away by the quality and flavor options that can be brewed at home. If you truly enjoy coffee this is next level quality! Set up was simple and everything worked smoothly on every brew. I like the aluminum pod and ejection system which stores spent recyclable pods. It is sleek and slim and takes up little space on our counter. It is also not too tall so it can be tucked under our cabinets when not in use. Water resevoir is in the back and is easy to fill and place. I made sure to carefully close and lock before each brew and had no issues with spillage or messes. The machine appears to have quality parts and feels solid. Overall, it is a great addition to our home coffee bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nespresso machine, and I have to say that I am hooked. I used to go to a national coffee shop every morning, but Nespresso has saved me time and money, and originally, I was not expecting to be hooked by it, but here we are. The Vertuo Next Premium is a gorgeous machine. The rose gold is very pretty, but it has shown a little tarnishing and fingerprints in the week I've had it, so I have to keep polishing it, and that is one of my only two negatives about it...the second is that I prefer very hot coffee. I use the espresso pods, so I heat up the milk VERY hot to add the espresso, and that helps a little. The Vertuo is much more compact than my old Nespresso machine, which is the Evoluo. We don't have a lot of counter space, so the Next fits much better and allows room for other things on the counter. Being more compact means a smaller water tank and pod receptacle size, so I have to empty pods and fill the tank more often. Not a negative, just an inconvenience for my lazy self. The Next provides the same great taste and quality of the coffee as the Evoluo. The Nespresso app with the Next Premium gives me piece of mind to know what the machine is doing, especially when I was setting it up. The app showed that it was indeed cleaning, so I could relax and know that I had set it up properly. Several other reviewers have mentioned that they had trouble with the machine, but I think that they just didn't understand that the machine lid must be pushed down hard and pulled over to lock until hearing the click. The machine is not "quiet," but I have never felt like it runs louder than any other brand single-serve machine. I haven't tried the carafe-size pods yet and think that could be an improvement for the Nespresso sample selection sent with the machine...add one or two carafe pods in the package so that consumers can try them right away! Nespresso is a great value with delicious flavors.

The rose gold accent is immediately striking, and the slim design allows this to fit next to my everyday machine. There is an app to download, to connect the machine to my phone! This is for troubleshooting and instructions. I am impressed! A glass mug and two different kits of capsules came with this package!! This really is the best gift, and the espresso is delicious. The only thing I have yet to learn, is how to get different capsules for different brew sizes. I prefer a mug full of coffee, rather than a splash of espresso unless I'm adding the espresso shot to an iced or blended coffee. Thank you for my gift!!!

The machine is very loud and doesn’t have many options like keurig does. The espresso tastes very dark and almost burnt. I would recommend this to people who like their drink very dark.

It's an easy one button operation making it extremely simple to work. It's also light weight and small so it doesn't overwhelm our countertops by taking up too much space. It comes with a nice assortment of coffees and there are different size pods depending on what size espresso or coffee you prefer. It's also blue tooth and Wi-Fi so you're able to order new pods on your app as well as trouble shoot any issues that may arise. The coffee is fantastic and rivals our favorite expensive coffee shops. I highly recommend the nespresso and I already plan to purchase one for my parents for Christmas!! We use it every day, and we've already saved a ton of money by making our coffee drinks at home!

There are a lot of important features, and there is a learning curb in understanding them, but once that is done, one can make excellent customizable coffee. I really like that the strength of the brew can be easily adjusted to five different levels. I had no problem at all setting it up. Easy to use. You need to set it up with a new pod each cup, so you are there by the machine to do it. Love the look and functions.

The frother is quiet and makes perfect foam. Doesn’t take up much space since I have small counter space. If you enjoy the foam in drinks this is for you!
