Infiniment Espresso celebrates the pure taste of coffee. It begins with Colombian Arabicas grown with care in Tolima, a region we are discovering more of. Benefiting from high altitude, volcanic soils, shade trees and the quality preserved by selective hand-picking, Tolima coffees offer so much for the roaster to play with.
We divide this single origin coffee in two batches to use in a split roast. The first split has the majority of the green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the second split is smaller, but roasted to a darker degree to bring out some intensity, making it a balanced roast overall.
