Iced Coffee - Vanilio over Ice recipe

A traditional iced coffee recipe that enhances the vanilla aromas of Vanilio. A maple syrup twist will add a sweet touch for a smooth afternoon indulgence.

MATERIAL:

  • Recipe Glass (300ml)
  • Aeroccino3 Milk Frother

USING THE AEROCCINO3:

For recipes which require cold milk froth, simply use your Aeroccino3. Insert your preferred whisk, fill with cold milk to the maximum line and hold the button down for three seconds until the light turns blue.

PREPARATION:

STEP 1:

90g ice cubes (3 ice cubes)

STEP 2:

40ml Vanilio coffee

STEP 3:

90ml cold milk froth made using the Aeroccino3

TWIST:

1 tbsp (15ml) of maple syrup
