The recipe is beautifully simple – and adaptable! We’re using aFreddo Intensohere, but you can absolutely experiment. As noted in the recipe,you can also enjoy this with Colombia or Voltesso. To create the drink, place 3 ice cubes or 90g of ice into a 350ml recipe glass, add the syrup, add cold sparkling water, and extract the espresso directly over the top.
