- Pineapple Syrup15 ml
- Milk90 ml
- Ice Cubes120 g
- Desiccated coconut

Let's make it
- Step 01
- Garnish the rim of your View Recipe Glass with 5ml of Monin Pineapple Syrup and desiccated coconut.
- Step 02
- Add 90g ice to Glass. Reserve 30g (approx. 1 ice cube).
- Step 03
- Pour 90ml of milk into Glass and set aside.
- Step 04
- Extract 40ml of Coconut Flavour Over Ice espresso into Barista Shaker and add 10ml Pineapple Syrup and remaining 30g ice.
- Step 05
- Close the Shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Step 06
- Pour the chilled espresso and syrup mixture into glass over top of the milk.
