What is Nespresso credit?

Nespresso credit is the monthly amount that you receive on your account after payment of the monthly amount for your coffee subscription. The amount of your monthly Nespresso credit is equal to the monthly amount you pay for your coffee subscription. You are free to spend this credit on coffee, accessories, or delicacies through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of our Boutiques, and through our telephone customer service.

When can I order my coffee with my Nespresso credit?

Within 2 working days after we receive your payment, we will credit the amount to your Nespresso account. From that moment on you can use the credit to place an order.

What happens if I do not (fully) use my Nespresso credit?

The Nespresso credit that you do not use remains valid for 2 years after it is added to your Nespresso account. All unused credit accumulates.

What happens if I do not have enough credit for my order?

You will automatically pay with your credit. If the amount of your order is higher than the remaining credit, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

The monthly fee will be converted into credit

The credit will be credited to your Nespresso account and remains valid for two years.

Use your credit to order coffee whenever you want. Eventually, set up a recurring order for added convenience.

Promotion Terms & Conditions – 30% Discount on selected Nespresso Original machines

Promotion period: January 19, 2026 until June 30, 2026

Promotion description: By purchasing a selected Nespresso Original machine and a minimum quantity of Nespresso Original capsules, you will receive a 30% discount on the machine. The required number of capsules varies depending on the machine type:

Essenza Mini – minimum of 100 capsules
Pixie – minimum of 100 capsules
Citiz – minimum of 150 capsules
Citiz Platinum – minimum of 150 capsules
Citiz & Milk – minimum of 150 capsules
Citiz Platinum & Milk – minimum of 150 capsules
Lattissima One – minimum of 250 capsules

The discount is calculated based on the original recommended retail price of the machine.

Conditions:

This offer is valid only for the purchase of one of the selected Nespresso Original machines during the promotion period.
The machine may be from the brands Nespresso, Krups, DeLonghi, or Sage.
The offer cannot be combined with other Nespresso promotions or the Nespresso Coffee Subscription and is not redeemable for cash.
The offer is linked to your address details, is applicable only once, and is limited to one machine per customer account.
