Why we love it: A barrel of fine South and Central American coffee origins gather together in Toccanto to bring you a wild, juicy coffee with candied and ripe fruity notes. This all- Arabica blend beautifully balances acidity and body in an aromatic cup.
A very complex split roast that manages to make all of its sereval origins shine in the cup. The 2 splits, one light and one dark, are very well defined in terms of color and time. The Nicaraguan arabicas are well preserved and add a lot of fruitiness perceived in this blend.
As a cappuccino, Toccanto reveals well its fruity notes. It keeps all its specificity while becoming more sweet and indulgent.

This coffee’s aromas are as lively as the colour of the capsule that houses it. But don’t let the loud shiny pink mislead you; this one’s still a delicate cup—its Brazilian Arabica’s softer toasted bread note ready to move you. Toccanto owes the inspiration for its name to the Italian toccante, meaning ‘moving’. But those wild fruity notes are as unmissable as the capsule and they stem from the special Nicaraguan Arabica featured in Toccanto’s blend. Some of the Nicaraguan beans underwent a unique fermentation process that brings out those candied and exotic fruit notes reminiscent of pineapple. A complex light and dark split roast of all the diverse coffees that make up this blend allows us to preserve acidity and the distinct fruity aromatics while balancing that out with a bit of body. Whatever the season, this one will move you with its beauty on the palate.
