The Caramel Crème Brûlée flavor is specially designed for Nespresso. Through thorough research, we have found just the right balance between roasted coffee notes and the tempting caramel flavor. The flavors are added to the roast after grinding into a fine powder form and we have done our best to create just the right notes, without overpowering aromas. The flavors are of natural origin, such as plants or flowers, with at least part of the substance coming from a basic component of the characterized flavor.
The base is an espresso (40 ml) of Brazilian and Colombian Arabica's that goes well with an enticing caramel flavor.
This coffee is created with a split roast. The Brazilian part is lightly roasted to maintain the smooth notes of malt and grain and the Colombian beans are roasted briefly to release the delicate aromas. A fine grind gives this harmonious coffee a spark of intensity.
