Red Velvet Coffee

INGREDIENTS
- 1 arpeggio capsule
- Milk
- Granulated sugar
- Chocolate
- Beet juice
- Vanilla
- Whipped Cream
HOW TO:
1. Place granulated sugar, melted chocolate, vanilla and beetroot juice in a cup (portion as you desire)
2. Extract Arpeggio and milk foam from Lattissima One coffee machine
3. Garnish with whipped cream and mandarin zest
4. Stir well and enjoy! -
Osmanthus Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Fortissio Lungo
- 1cc fresh kumquat juice
- 5cc osmanthus-scented honey
HOW TO:
1. Extract 110ml Fortissio Lungo
2. Add 1cc fresh kumquat juice
3. Add 5cc osmanthus-scented honey
4. Mix it evenly and enjoy it! (also you can sprinkle some osmanthus petals for decoration） -
Longan Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Ristretto
- 6 longans
- 40cc hot water
- 4g molasses
- 10g hot milk foam
- Few minced ginger
- Few grinding black pepper
HOW TO:
1. Take 6 longans into 40cc hot water and wait for 5 minutes
2. Extract 25ml Ristretto
3. Add 4g molasses
4. Add 30cc longan water and mix evenly
5. Add 10g hot milk foam on the top of coffee
6. Add few minced ginger
7. Add few grinding black pepper
8. Mix it evenly and enjoy it!
