As a traditional symbol of wealth and prosperity, plums are often a common sight during the Lunar New Year. This coffee creation incorporates Venezia’s mellow and rounded aroma with the sweetness of dried plums and honey for a luxurious treat.

To Make It:

i. Pour 15ml of honey into a cup and add 4-5 pieces of sweet, dried plum.

ii. Pour milk (90 ml) into the Aeroccino3 Milk Frother and begin heating the milk using the hot milk function.

iii. Pour the hot milk into the cup with the honey and dried plums, then extract a coffee capsule into the mixture. Optionally, you may also sprinkle some cocoa powder on top for an added depth of flavour.
