The Nespresso machine starter pack is a one-time purchase that includes a coffee machine plus a selection of coffee capsules perfect for coffee lovers so you can start brewing straight away. The Nespresso monthly coffee machine subscription works as a flexible plan where your monthly payment is converted into Nespresso credits plus an extra 10% bonus, which you can use to buy coffee, accessories or upgrade your machine.

What is the difference between Vertuo and Original Nespresso machines?

The Original coffee machines range features a classic design with a high-pressure 19-bar extraction system, producing authentic espresso shots with a rich aroma. The Vertuo range offers a wider range of cup sizes and uses barcode recognition technology to automatically adjust brewing settings for each capsule.

Do the coffee machines come with a warranty?

Yes. Every new Nespresso coffee machine is covered by a two-year warranty under the Nespresso Assistance Package. To activate your coverage, simply register your machine to enjoy full benefits.

Are coffee capsules from the Original and Vertuo ranges compatible with each other?

No. Original and Vertuo capsules are not interchangeable, as they are each designed differently for their respective type of Nespresso machine, with different shapes and sizes.

Can I choose different coffee capsule flavours for my Starter Pack?

Currently, you can’t mix or customise your capsule flavours for our starter packs, but you can browse other options or buy additional flavours separately from both our Original and Vertuo ranges to suit your preferences.
