Typical of East African Arabicas the flowery and blueberry notes make Aflorazio a delicate coffee with an unexpected touch of musk.
A very aromatic coffee, Aflorazio is composed of unwashed Ethiopian Arabicas bringing forth a wild touch, and of unwashed East African Arabicas to bring more delicate and refined flowery notes to the coffee.
Aflorazio is roasted in two splits. Ethiopian Arabicas are light and medium roasted to bring out the wild notes, while the East African Arabica is light and long roasted to unveil blueberry notes bringing delicacy to the coffee.
The slow flow helps to enhance the very aromatic profile of the coffee.
