RECIPE
VERTUO RISTRETTO INTENSO HAZELNUT LEMON AFFOGATO
Duration, Diffuculty: 5 Min, Easy
Ingredients:
- 80ml Ristretto Intenso Capsule
- 60g Hazelnut Ice cream* Scoops (vol)
- 5 pieces Fresh Non treated Lemon zest
- 1 piece of Fir Branch
- 4g Fresh Hazelnut
Steps:
- Place 1 hazelnut Ice cream Scoop in the bottom of your Affogato bowl.
- Brew 1 capsule of Ristretto Intenso (25ml) on top of the ice cream.
- Grate fresh non-treated lemon zest.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Hazelnut on top.
