Ristretto Classico is an intricate all-Arabica blend of beans from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala that get a dark roast to make this short shot a contender. A classic ristretto experience, the roasted and Fruity notes have it punching above its weight as it delivers lingering notes of roasted cocoa.
RECIPE
VERTUO RISTRETTO CLASSICO THYME DARK CHOCO MACCHIATO

Ingredients:
- 25 ml Vertuo Ristretto Classico
- 20 ml Milk Foam 1.5%
- 2 pieces Nespresso Dark Chocolate
- 1 piece of Fir Branch
- 1g Fresh thyme
Steps:
- Pour 100ml of milk 1.5% directly into your Nespresso Barista device or Aeroccino 4.
- Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on your device and press the start button.
- Brew 1 capsule of Ristretto Classico (25ml) into an espresso Vertuo cup.
- Pour the hot milk foam over your coffee with the Barista device spoon.
- Display some fresh thyme leaves over the foam.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Nespresso Dark chocolate over it.
