Description
The exceptional environmental conditions create a coffee with high altitude characteristics, but cultivated on a lowland Pacific island near the equator.
Origin
As a truly exceptional coffee, Santa Cruz Galápagos coffee is carefully selected by hand when fully ripe. Volcanic soils and a colder climate created by cold, humid ocean winds contribute to ideal coffee growing conditions.
Roasting
GALÁPAGOS is roasted all together. Roast it to a moderate extent and for a cooking time above average. This profile helps us develop some intensity for coffee, without hiding its finer aromatics.
Recipe:
We encourage our consumers to drink this coffee plain so that they can fully enjoy its extremely rare notes.
