Origin
This 100% Arabica blend is sourced from Brazil and Ethiopia and another Latin American Country.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
Recipes
With Milk (Reverso): As a Reverso, this flavoured coffee develops creaminess while still displaying its classic Dark Chocolate note, alongside almond, biscuity and caramel notes.
