Description:
A drop of pleasure: the essence of Italy’s iconic coffee‑drinking tradition. Inspired by the ambassador of all Italian coffees, the Ristretto, we chose not to imitate but to roast our own perfect interpretation. Roasted in two batches—one intensely for body and one lightly for brightness and fruitiness—this coffee is the culmination of everything we explored in the iconic Italian cup.
Roasting
The Robustas in Ristretto undergo a long roast to develop body and a pleasantly bitter cocoa note. The Arabicas are roasted more quickly to keep their bright acidity and fruity notes alive.
Recipe:
Milk will not hide the contrasts in Ristretto. You will love how it completes the blend and gives it a creamy texture.
