This exquisite Arabica coffee comes uniquely from the mountainous slopes of Mauna Loa in Hawaii.
Origin
For this blend, we combine naturally processed arabica beans from Brazil and fully washed arabica from Colombia.
Roasting
Medium roasted in a single batch and ground to medium size to create some tension letting notes of exotic fruit dominate the cup.
