Origin
Washed Colombian Arabicas bring in finesse and delicate fruity acidity, while lightly roasted Ugandan Robustas add malty cereal and sweet popcorn notes.
Roasting
This coffee is gradually roasted in two controlled splits to ensure a light profile is preserved. The second split is smaller, but roasted for slightly longer to deliver some intensity and body to the blend.
Recipes
With Milk (Dash of Milk) Adding a dash of milk to Buenos Aires Lungo will enhance its cereal, popcorn notes for a balanced cup with a lighter body.
