Description
This delightful coffee combines the sweet caramel notes of maple and pecan on a balanced cereal-noted coffee base.
Origin
A smooth, base blend made from semi-washed Arabicas from Brazil and fully washed Arabicas from Colombia.
Roasting
The first split is lightly roasted to preserve smoothness and all the malty cereal notes, while in the second split, most of the Colombian beans undergo a short roast to release their more delicate aromas.
Recipe
Extract Maple Pecan as an espresso and add frothed milk for a delicious cappuccino.
