Roasting:
The Latin American beans are roasted medium‑dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to create a velvety texture. The flavor is added after roasting.
Recipe (Reverso):
A little milk will enhance the creamy coconut taste and the sweet vanilla flavor. With milk, this iced coffee gains a touch of sweetness and a lighter body. Tip: use coffee cream to add extra texture. Add 50 ml of cold cow’s milk (1.5%) to the cup and extract 230 ml of coffee over it for a sweet and creamy cup.
