We lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans to highlight their unique characteristics and reveal both sweet biscuit and fresh fruity notes. By carefully preserving its rich aromatic profile throughout the decaffeination process, Volluto’s alter ego pays homage to those who love the taste of coffee but prefer to minimize caffeine intake.
Roasting
Volluto has a light roast — not too dark, not too long — and is given a medium grind to keep everything in harmony. This roast transforms the cereal notes of the Brazilian beans into sweet biscuit while preserving the lively fruity notes of the Colombian beans.
