At a crossroads of influence from African and Arab traditions, Southern Italy inspired Kazaar. An intensely roasted blend of Robusta and Arabica builds rich body and bitterness from coffees sourced in India and Latin America. Woody and spicy notes dance beneath a rich crema, drawing you into a unique coffee experience.
Roasting
We split this blend into two parts to highlight the distinct qualities of each coffee. Most of the beans receive an intense roast to develop bitterness and body, while the naturally processed Robusta is given a shorter, lighter roast to bring out some of its finer aromatic notes.
Recipe:
With milk, Kazaar’s roasted, bitter boldness gains a harmonious touch of chocolate and caramel. Best enjoyed with regular milk or oat milk (hot).
