Why we love it: This is a coffee crafted to pair beautifully with milk in double cappuccinos and flat whites. An aromatic blend of lightly roasted Arabicas from Kenya and Colombia, our signature split roast develops delicious caramel notes and a smooth texture in BIANCO DOPPIO. Enjoy it as a double espresso (80 ml) topped with frothed milk.
Roasting:
Most of the coffee goes into a very light first split — including the Kenyan coffee — while the second split is roasted a bit longer. Overall, it results in a very clean and light roast profile.
Recipe:
It is designed to be enjoyed exclusively with milk. Try it as a Cappuccino or a Latte Macchiato.
