Roasting
Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all the malted grain notes intact, while the majority of Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.

With Milk (Cappuccino): As a cappuccino, Pumpkin Spice Cake becomes sweeter, with more prominent notes of gingerbread, caramel and cookie. We recommend a 40ml extract exclusively for the preparation of milk recipes.
