Description
In the mountainous Aosta Valley, coffee is an occasion to share. It inspired this balanced and gentle espresso blend of South American Arabicas. Ispirazione Aosta embraces the palate with nutty and sweet cereal notes, delivering a cup of friendship to gather around, a taste worthy of handing down through the generations.
Origin
For this blend, we combine natural arabicas from Brazil and fully washed arabicas from Colombia.
Roasting
A light split roast with a short average duration. The second split pushes the roasting a bit further to develop some intensity.
