Inspired by the ambassador of all Italian coffees, our Ristretto blends Arabica and Robusta coffees from South America and beyond to bring you an iconic drop of deliciousness. The long roasted coffees bring roasty notes and beautiful bitterness; while the short roast keep a flourish of acidity and a flash of fruit notes. This is our Ristretto.
Roasting
The Robustas in Ristretto undergo a long roast to develop body and a pleasantly bitter cocoa note. The Arabicas are roasted more quickly to keep their bright acidity and fruity notes alive.
Recipe:
Milk will not hide the contrasts in Ristretto. You will love how it completes the blend and gives it a creamy texture.
