Roasting:
The Brazilian Arabicas are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabica beans receive a lighter roast to complete Melozio’s character.
Recipe:
Adding milk brings out the softer, sweeter sides of this coffee, enhancing its biscuit notes.
