Il Caffè takes you right to the heart of the classic Italian espresso experience. A punchy combination of smooth, velvety taste and roasty, cereal aromas.
Origin
For this blend, we use powerful-tasting Vietnamese and Indian Robustas, combined with a pristine Colombian Arabicas for a touch of acidity.
Roasting
We roast the Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an exceptionally dark degree. The Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and a long-lasting taste, The Arabicas are a touch lighter – but longer – to keep a touch of acidity.
