Roasting:
We roast the Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an extremely dark degree. The Robustas are roasted slightly darker to develop intensity and a long‑lasting flavor, while the Arabicas are roasted a bit lighter — but for a longer time — to preserve a hint of acidity.
Recipe:
We created Il Caffè to deliver a classic espresso experience, but if you’d like to soften its intensity, why not add milk to make a cappuccino?
