This flavored blend captures with its classic hazelnut aroma that is complemented with notes of praline, cookie and cereals.
We apply the separate roasting technique. Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep its softness and malty cereal notes intact, while most Colombian coffee beans are briefly roasted to release their more delicate aromas. The fine grinding brings a flash of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
Together with the Colombian Arabica, the sweetness provided by the Brazilian Bourbon coffee beans gives the hazelnut its intense and complex character.
