Peru Organic is grown High up above 1000 meters - even up to 2100 meters - ticked into the sloped of the Andes in Peru.
Roasting:
A single origin coffee roasted in two parts to bring complexity to the cup. Both splits are slightly roasted to preserve the bright character of the blend and reveal exotic fruity notes.
Taste:
Peru Organic Washed Organic Arabica is a fruity coffee with distinct green vegetable notes. The coffee’s fine acidity is beautifully balanced by its contrasting aromas of toasted sweet cereals.
