The flavour of peppermint come to life in this creamy blend of Latin American and African coffees with the characteristic sweetness of peppermint candies.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
Aromatic Profile
This blend of Ethiopian, Central and South American Arabicas bring cereal notes that are smooth and sweet with a velvety texture. Add a dash of milk to create a smooth and sweet cup.
