Origin:
A smooth, base blend made with semi-washed arabicas from Brazil and fully-washed arabicas from Colombia.
Roasting:
The first split is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes impact, while on the second split, the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.
Taste:
This indulgent coffee combines the delicious caramel sweetness of maple and the nutty character of pecans in a bed of a balanced, cereal-like coffee base.
