We discovered this organically grown Arabica at the top of the Andes, in the most remote regions of Peru. It is characterized by a slight acidity, as well as by elegant fruity and toasted cereal notes.

We traveled to remote areas of Peru in search of some of the finest organically grown Arabicas. We found them at an altitude of 1000 meters, nestled on the slopes of the Andes Mountains. This mountainous region is characterized by a subtropical climate, where the humidity levels and altitude are ideal for the quality potential of the coffee beans.

TORRÉFACTION
Having traveled so many miles in search of the finest Peruvian organic coffee, it was only natural to give the same attention to the roasting of its beans. Peru Organic is a Pure Origin coffee that has been roasted separately to ensure a nuanced complexity in the cup: the two light roast cycles enhance the blend's sweetness and brightness while revealing its exotic fruit notes.
