- 1 tall recipe glass (350 ml/12 oz)
- 1 Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso
- machine's steam nozzle
- 1 capsule of Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru
- 7 cl / 2.5 oz of liquid chocolate
- Full fat milk
- Coconut syrup
- Chocolate pieces (for decoration)
- Pour the liquid chocolate in the glass
- Prepare the capsule of Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru in lungo (110 ml / 4 oz) and pour it on top of the glass
- Prepare the milkfroth with the Aeroccino milk frother or the steampipe of your Nespresso machine
- Pour some coconut syrup on top of it
- Put the coconut milkfroth on top of the coffee As a finishing touch put some chocolat pieces on top.

- 1 Cappuccino cup (170 ml/6 oz)
- 1 Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle
- 1 capsule of Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cru
- 10 cl / 3.5 oz of milk
- 1 cl / 0.5 oz of rose-water
- Crystallized rose petals
- 1 piece of white chocolate
- Heat your cappuccino cup
- Add a piece of white chocolate in the cup
- Prepare the capsule of Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cru your in espresso (40 ml / 1.5 oz) and pour it on the chocolate
- Mix the milk with the rose-water
- Prepare the flavored milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother and pour the froth and the milk into the cup
- Decorate your cup with some crystallized rose petals.

- 1 capsule of Grand Cru Kazaar
- 1 teaspoon of speculos paste
- 2 cl of speculos syrup

- Pour the milk in the Aeroccino or use the steampipe.
- Turn the Aeroccino on warm and wait until you get an unctuous foam.
- Add the syrup.
- Put one teaspoon speculos paste in a PIXIE Kazaar cup.
- Pour a Kazaar Grand Cru (25 ml) and add the aromatised foam on top.

- 2 capsules of Grand Cru Caramelito
- 2 scoops of caramel ice cream
- salted caramel syrup
- 10 cl / 3.4 oz of Vanilla flavored milk crushed ice
- Prepare 2 Caramelito Grands Crus and add them into a shaker
- Add also two scoops of ice cream into the shaker and shake it. You will obtain a smoothie mixture
- Pour it into a Recipe glass and add 3 tablespoons of crushed ice
- Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your machine or the Aeroccino milk frother and pour it slowly in the glass
- Decorate the top of your glass with the caramel syrup.

FAQ
How to take care of my machine?
1. Descale your machine at least once a year for soft water
Note: for hard water descale twice per year. (If you don’t know what water type you have hard water tends to leave white marks in the water tank)
Order a descaling kit now
2. Eject your capsules after each use
3. Frequently change the water tank with fresh drinking water
4. Regularly empty and clean the capsule container and drip tray
5. For integrated milk devices, activate the cleaning procedure after each use
6. Before your first coffee, brew water without capsule by pressing any coffee button.
By doing so, you pre-heat your coffee cup and you rinse the extraction system for better coffee experience.My capsules are not puncturing/my machine may have an air bubble
Your machine may actually have an air bubble. Air bubbles can block the flow of water through the spout. They usually occur if your run the machine without water in the tank or after a period of non-use.
If you own an Essenza and Le Cube machine, lift the coffee lever and push it away from you. You can then press either cup button until water starts flowing from the spout.
Be persistent as this may take a few tries
If you own a CitiZ, Pixie, U, Maestria, and Lattissima machine, fill the water tank, eject any capsule in the chamber, close the coffee lever and press the large cup button. Water should begin to flow from the spout.
For owners of machines with steam arms (C190, D150, D250, D290, D300, Romeo), please activate the steam/hot water function.How high is the percentage of recyclable material used in Nespresso machines?

All the Nespresso machines are equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump, which provides the power needed to pierce the film of the capsule and reveal the coffee’s 900 or so different aromas. The shape of the Nespresso capsule has been specially designed to ensure that the pressurised water flows evenly through the ground coffee during extraction. The temperature and flow time are also set to ensure that each precious aroma is expressed.

If no coffee flow, please check that:
the water tank is sufficiently filled and properly positioned
Press coffee button several times until the coffee/water comes out (may occur on first use, after emptying or a long period of non-use).
If unusual coffee flow, please check that

Your machine’s water hardness may need to be reset or your machine may need to be descaled.
By default, the machine is set to the hardest water setting, so it may prematurely alert you to descale, as indicated by the orange cappuccino light. When resetting the machine to factory settings, it automatically changes the setting to ‘hard’ water.
If you recently descaled the machine and are finding that the orange descaling light is still illuminated, please change the water hardness.
You may modify the water hardness setting by following these steps:
For the Lattissima Plus machine:
Begin with the machine turned off
To set the water hardness to soft water
Hold down the Latte Macchiato button while turning the machine on
Once this is done, the orange descaling indicator light will come off.
For the Maestria/Gran Maestria machines:
You may modify the water hardness setting by following these steps:
Turn off your machine
While turning the machine on, press the Espresso button to enter the Menu mode
The middle light will begin to blink orange
Set the Espresso dial to [2] to select Water Hardness mode
Set the Lungo dial to [2] for Medium Water Hardness or [3] for Soft Water Hardness
Press the Lungo button to confirm the desired setting
To exit the Menu mode at any time, you can press the espresso button for 3 seconds.
Once this is done, the orange descaling indicator light will come off. If the light is still remaining lit, your machine may need to be descaled.
