INGREDIENTS

  • Bianco Doppio for milk

    80 ml
  • Honey 20 gr
  • MILK 1.5% FAT 250 ml
  • Pine nuts 5 gr

PREPARATION

  1. Pour 250 ml of 1.5% fat cold milk directly into the Nespresso Aeroccino device.
  2. Close the lid, press briefly the Cappuccino button for froth milk preparation.
  3. Add 20 gr of honey in the bottom of the Alto Mug and pour the foam milk over it.
  4. Brew a Bianco Doppio for milk capsule 80 ml directly into the Alto mug.
  5. Garnish with fresh pine nuts and honey on top.
