We searched for the coffees that would offer the best flavor when paired with ice. We found what we were looking for in a delicate blend of Ethiopian and Indonesian Arabicas.
Served over ice, these AAA-certified coffees stand out strongly on the palate. The Indonesian Arabica lends toasty cereal notes to Ice Leggero, and the Ethiopian beans give the cup a light, thirst-quenching fruity aroma.
The split roasting brings out the best in each coffee and offers a delicate, balanced and rounded cup.
Ideal tasting: 1 coffee capsule (80 ml) dispensed in a cup filled with ice cubes (180 g). To prolong the pleasure, complete the recipe with cold water or cold milk (180 ml).
ORIGIN
A refreshing coffee with ice and delicate fruity and cereal notes. Light roasted and ground specifically to offer that fresh and delicate taste that expresses itself on the palate.
ROASTING
Ice Leggero is roasted separately. The first part of the beans is roasted lightly and briefly to enhance the floral notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second part is roasted medium to bring balance and roundness to the cup.
