Origin
This 100% Arabica blend gets its coffee mostly from Ethiopia and Indonesia.
Roasting
The first part of this blend gets a light and short to enhance the delicate notes typical of Ethiopian Arabica. The second gets a medium roast to bring balance and roundness to the cup.

Inspired by the homonymous recipe from Puglia, this recipe combines the intensity of coffee on ice with the sweetness and creaminess of almond syrup. Enjoy it like a local: pair this recipe with a pasticciotto alla crema!
