Micro-aggressions called “Jokes”
Verbal micro-aggressions, often disguised as jokes, are a reality. They are also present in the world of work and, certainly, no longer justifiable in an inclusive context.
To better understand this phenomenon we conducted a survey on the LinkedIn business community and a social experiment with our people.

We are inclusion and freedom
Proud to be part of a reality open to uniqueness, where we all can truly be who we are.
Free to choose our time, living fully moments that are significant for us such as a birth or the adoption of minors who are supported by Nestlé's "Baby Leave": a 3-month paid leave for fathers or second caregivers.

We are equality and opportunity
At the base of everything we do for our people and with them, there is a fundamental principle that we at Nespresso Italy believe in: the value of gender equality, which we promote inside and outside the company through the valorization of all people and the same opportunities for everyone.
We, Nespresso are proud.
And we wear it all year round.

Gender Certification
Confirming our commitment to gender equality, inclusion and integration of diversity principles, Nespresso Italy was the first coffee company in Italy to obtain certification according to the international standard UNI/PdR 125:2022.
The recognition was awarded at the end of an evaluation process that analyzed six macro-areas from culture and strategy to parenting.
For all macro-areas, Nespresso obtained the maximum score required by the certification.
