We use our best efforts to ensure that all the services of Nespresso Israel will be accessible to people with disabilities, and to that end we invest many resources to facilitate the use of our services by people with disabilities, out of the belief that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity, comfort and independence.

We handle the accessibility of our buildings and make sure that all Nespresso boutiques in Israel are accessible to all our customers.




Accessible Customer Service 

  • Voice response – a service is provided to the public or information about it through recorded information in a computerized system for routing telephone calls, the information or service, as the case may be, will be provided to a person with disabilities through recording, in simple language or at a slow pace, without background music, which will be played at the beginning of the delivery of the recorded information in Hebrew and English in which the information is given to the general public. 

  • Sign Language Translation Center - We have made a real-time video call accessible to you with a sign language translator. To use the service, click here

  • This website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013. 

  • Nonetheless, people with disabilities can contact the telephone service and enjoy all the exclusive benefits available at the site (including the gift shop as part of the N&Y benefit plan).

  • The software will alert you when you start running on each page displayed, wait for the page to finish uploading.

After activating the profile/capabilities of users who require keyboard navigation or keyboard simulation aids:
