You are not able to adjust the temperature of the Coffee. The Vertuo machine is designed to brew the specific parameters according to the specific blend, including a specific temperature. This will allow the perfect in-cup result each and every time. It is recommended to rinse your cup with hot water to manually pre-heat the cup. It is also recommended to fold in the crema to ensure a consistency throughout and spread the temperature.

There is not a way to reprogram the crema, as it plays a key role in providing the perfect in-cup result for each blend. The crema's role is to preserve the aromas and is meant to be folded into the liquid to release the full 360 sensory experience of smell, taste and texture. The Vertuo accessory range also offers the perfect spoon to perfect this new way of experiencing coffee. .

Pairing your Vertuo Lattissima machine and connecting it to your WIFI network using your smartphone will enable your machine to update itself automatically, ensuring you always get the best possible coffee experience. On top of this, the Nespresso app will become a great interface on which you can check your machine's status, access tutorial videos and even step by step procedures for the maintenance of your machine. By allowing the push notification, you will receive messages when your machine needs your attention and dedicated screens explaining you how to solve any issues you may encounter.
