How do I activate and use the Subscription Gift Card?

CREATE new account or LOGIN to Nespresso.com. Enter your Subscription Gift Card promotional code at the checkout. A HK$1 charge will be taken from your credit card to create a Nespresso credit and activate the subscription. You will be notified by e-mail when your Nespresso Credit is available.
