Linzer Torte Ginger
Linzer Torte
Les saveurs d’amande et de fruits rouges de la Variations Linzer Torte se mêlent à la fraicheur mordante du Ginger Ale. Ne manque qu’un coup de shaker pour se régaler de ce nectar vivifiant !
Ingredients
  • 1 capsule Variations Linzer Torte
  • 20 ml de Ginger Ale
  • 3 glaçons
  • 3 g de sucre
ustensiles
  • 1 tasse Lungo (150 ml)
  • Accessoires :
    1 shaker, 1 carafe
  • Verser 3 g de sucre dans une petite carafe.
  • Préparer un espresso Variations Linzer Torte (40 ml)
    directement dans la carafe.
  • Mélanger jusqu’à dissolution complète du sucre.
  • Verser le mélange dans un shaker, ajouter 3 glaçons et secouer
    jusqu’à ce que le café soit froid.
  • Verser le café dans une tasse Lungo transparente et ajouter
    20 ml de Ginger Ale.

Légère, aérienne et dense à la fois, la Tourte de Linz est l’une des tartes autrichiennes les plus anciennes !
Ingredients
  • 150g de farine
  • 100g de poudre d’amande
  • 200g de beurre mou
  • 60g de sucre semoule
  • 2 jaunes d’oeufs durs
  • 2 blancs d’oeufs crus
  • 1 cuillère à café de cacao amer
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de
    cannelle en poudre
 
  • 2 pincées de clous de girofle
    en poudre
  • 1 citron non traité
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de rhum ambré
  • 400 g de confiture de
    framboise
  • Sucre glace
  • Beurrez un moule à tarte de 25 cm de diamètre avec 1 noix de beurre. Allumez le four à 180°.
  • Garnissez le moule avec 200 g de pâte sablée étalée en la laissant déborder des bords d’1 cm.
  • Étalez sur le fond 400 g de confiture de framboise.
  • Dans 50 g autres de pâte, découpez des bandes larges de 1,5 cm.
  • Entrecroisez-les sur la confiture, coupez-les au ras du moule.
  • Rabattez vers l’intérieur la pâte qui déborde en l’appuyant sur les croisillons.
  • Fouettez 1 jaune d’oeuf avec 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau, badigeonnez-en les croisillons.
  • Glissez au four, laissez cuire 45 minutes.
  • Laissez tiédir, démoulez, laissez refroidir sur une grille, poudrez de sucre glace avant de servir.

  • Cette tarte se conserve deux à trois jours à température ambiante.

This blend is composed of the most prestigious Central and South American Arabicas, found in Costa Rica and Colombia and is cultivated according to traditional methods to preserve their malted and fruity profiles.
Roasting
A medium roasting, accentuates malted notes, whilst fruity notes evolve to create a complex and delicate caramelised bouquet.
Aromatic Profile
A round and balanced profile, typical of freshly roasted coffee results in a combination of cereal, malted and caramelised notes as well as fine fruity notes.

Since 15 November 2006, a regulation on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment has created an "eco-tax" on any new product marketed in France.

WHAT CONSEQUENCES?

This eco-contribution is the amount paid by producers for each household on the market. It is reflected in the same way and visible to the end consumer. It adds to the sales invoices of any new electrical and electronic equipment household, in addition to price of the product.
This contribution allows eco-organizations to ensure the collection, decontamination and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) on the market.

ECO-PARTICIPATION AT NESPRESSO FRANCE

For coffee machines and electronic accessories, the amount of the eco-tax currently stands at € 0.16. This amount will be indicated on each price tag and will be paid by each consumer when purchasing such a device.
