Cancel My Machine Subscription
If you would like to cancel your machine subscription, please contact our Coffee Specialists here with 'Cancel Subscription' in the subject line.
Please be aware that if you choose to cancel before the end of your contractual period, you may be required to pay a termination fee equal to 80% of your chosen machine’s retail price as stated in the invoice you will have received. After your contractual period you can cancel anytime.
