Machine plan: Yes. You can cancel the subscription whenever you wish. However, if you do so within the first 12/24 months (spending on your chosen plan), you will have to pay the early cancellation fee*.

You are entitled to change the machine within the first 15 days if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. You can also switch to the plan that best suits your needs or cancel it.
Instalments that have been paid are not reimbursable.
No. Nespresso customers may only have one machine subscription plan at a time.
When your subscription expires, you can sign up for the same machine model or choose a machine from a different range.
If your machine develops a fault within the first 12 months, it will be repaired in accordance with the Guarantee Law.
You are under no obligation to make an order every month. Your instalments will accumulate in your Nespresso account, and you can use it whenever you like.
If we do not receive any notification, your machine plan (without new machine) will be automatically converted into a coffee plan, which will allow you to enjoy the following benefits: a direct discount on the purchase of your coffee, with free shipping in standard mode (for orders of 19€ or more), and a 20% discount on the purchase of accessories.
Only customers with Coffee Subscriptions are entitled to this benefit. However, you can use the accessory and promotion offers we run during the year.
