How does Easyorder work?

FIRST SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS
Select one of the previous orders from your order history (according to product availability) and click on “Repeat this order”. You can still add or eliminate products during this step as well as change quantities.
You can also enter the “My standing Orders” menu of your account to create a new scheduled order from scratch. Choose the products you like from our permanent range of coffees (Limited Edition and Explorations coffees excluded).

SECOND STEP: CHOOSE HOW OFTEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS
In this step, you need to select the frequency and the date on which you would like your scheduled orders to start. To help you, Nespresso may suggest a recommended frequency according to the content of your order and your consumption habits.

You can set up a regular delivery address and payment details. Remember that you can change them at any time.

- Are there any additional costs for registering for the Easyorder Programme?
- It is a free service. You can create, modify and cancel your Easyorder at no cost. The service is free when you order more than 100 coffee capsules.
- Is there a welcome offer for signing up for the service?
- Yes, you’ll receive a courtesy sleeve of coffee capsules with your first order. See conditions.
- What’s the minimum number of capsules I must order in a Easyorder?
- In the same way as a regular order, you must purchase a minimum of 50 capsules. However, remember that if you include more than 100 capsules, your order will be delivered without charge.
- What are my obligations when I register for the Easyorder service?
- The Easyorder Service has been created to make it easier for you to enjoy your Nespresso coffee. That’s why there are no contractual obligations involved in using this service. You can create, modify or cancel your Easyorder by going to “My Account/My standing Orders”.
- How will I know when you are going to send my order?
- Three days before the scheduled date you will receive an email, reminding you of the next order date. If you want to change the delivery time or add or remove coffee, you can do this under “My Account/My standing Orders”. You can make changes at any time until 23.59 of the day before your scheduled date.
- How can I change or cancel my Easyorder?
- All the information about your order is available in “My Account/My standing Orders”. You can change your order, add or remove coffee, change the delivery date or cancel it. You can make changes at any time until 23.59 of the day before your scheduled date.
- What are the delivery charges of a Easyorder?
- There is no delivery charge when you order more than 100 coffee capsules. For smaller orders, the cost is € 4.00.
- When I look at the settings of my Easyorder, I can’t see some of my usual delivery methods, such as Nespresso Your Time or the Nespresso Pick-Up Points.
- The Nespresso Your Time and Nespresso Pick-Up points are not available for the Easyorder service. We recommend you choose your main home or work address for receiving your scheduled orders.
- How long will it take for my Easyorder to arrive?
- Delivery times are the same as those for standard orders. You’ll receive your order in two working days of the date selected.
- Is the scheduled date the same as the delivery date?
- No, the date you choose when you sign up for the Easyorder service is the date on which your order is processed. You’ll receive your order in two business days
- I can’t see any machines and some Nespresso accessories are missing. How can I include them in my order?
- The Easyorder service is available for the permanent range of coffees and for Nespresso sugars. We recommend you place regular orders to buy machines and accessories. Remember, you can delay the delivery of your next Easyorder.
- I use the promotional benefits in the Easyorder service?
- All Nespresso Members may benefit from our offers provided they comply with the promotional requirements. Remember that items that are available for a limited time only cannot be acquired using the Easyorder service. When offers include products of this nature, we suggest you place a regular order. Remember, you can always postpone the delivery date of your next Easyorder.
- Can I use promotional discount codes on a Easyorder?
- If you have a promotional code, use it as usual, entering the number when you make a regular order. Remember, you can postpone the delivery of your next Easyorder.
- What happens if any of the products in my Easyorder are out of stock?
- You’ll receive the rest of your order, provided this consists of more than 50 capsules, and you’ll only pay for the products you have received. We’ll also send you an email and detailing which products we have sent you and which we have not. Remember, you can always update your Easyorder for subsequent orders.
- What happens if I don’t want my order any more and you’ve already sent it.
- Three days before the scheduled date you will receive an email, reminding you of the next order date. Remember, you can make changes at any time until 23.59 of the day before your scheduled date.
