Fresh & cold milk

Milk should be as fresh and cold as possible (milk close to expiring will not froth well).

High protein

Protein content should be high as protein allows milk to froth. Shake the carton before attempting to froth to evenly distribute the proteins.

Stiff or silky foam?

Low fat milk creates dry, stiff foam and high fat milk creates wet, silky foam. Your choice.

Milk alternatives

Cow’s milk works best - conventional or organic. Alternative milks can be tried, but there is no guarantee that they will froth like cow’s milk.

The Aeroccino 3 milk frother has two max lines inside the container, indicating the maximum amount of milk you should pour for different types of froth:
Lower max line: This line is for frothing hot milk. When making a cappuccino or a similar beverage that requires more froth, fill the milk up to this line. The lower max line ensures there’s enough space for the milk to expand as it froths.
Upper max line: This line is for heating milk without creating much froth, typically used for lattes or hot chocolate. Fill the milk up to this line when you want to heat the milk with minimal frothing.

Yes, the Aeroccino 3 milk frother is designed to turn off automatically once it has completed frothing or heating the milk. This automatic shut-off feature ensures that the milk doesn’t overheat or overflow and provides a consistent result every time. When the Aeroccino 3 finishes its cycle, the button light will turn off, indicating that the process is complete and it’s safe to remove the lid and pour the milk.

It is not recommended to put sugar directly into the Aeroccino 3 milk frother. The Aeroccino 3 is designed specifically for frothing and heating milk, and adding sugar or other ingredients may interfere with its performance, cause damage to the non-stick coating, or make it difficult to clean. Instead, you can add sugar or sweeteners to your coffee or beverage separately after frothing the milk using the Aeroccino 3. This way, you can ensure the proper functioning and longevity of your milk frother while still enjoying a sweetened drink.

Please ensure that the Aeroccino 3 is cleaned immediately after each use. You have to clean the appliance by hand : remove the base container and clean the inner container, seal, lid, whisk and mixer with detergent and rinse with warm/hot water. Do not use abrasive materials that could damage its surface and do not submerge it completely in water. Make sure the underside of the milk frother is dry before placing it back on its base.

The preparation of hot milk or cold milk foam takes about 80 sec. In the case of hot milk, the preparation time is approximately 150 sec. These values can be influenced by different factors, such as the nominal power that can fluctuate throughout the day, the number of consecutive preparations or the cleaning level of the container.

• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to «off», then remove plug from wall outlet.
• To disconnect the appliance, stop any preparation, then remove plug from power socket.
• Do not pull the cable over sharp edges, clamp it or allow it to hang down. Keep the cable away from heat and moisture.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons.
• Disconnect the base from the power socket, when not in use for long periods. Disconnect by pulling out the plug and not pulling the cable itself, as this may damage the cable.
• Never immerse the base nor the Aeroccino in water or other liquids. Do not clean in dishwasher. Electricity and water together can cause a fatal electric shock.
• The connector must be removed before the appliance is cleaned, and ensure that the inlet is dried before the appliance is used again.
