The organiser of the promotion is the Spanish company Distribuidores Automáticos de Bebidas y Alimentos, S.A.U., with address at Avda. Generalitat 164-166, 08174, Sant Cugat del Vallès, with tax code CIF: A-59.40.84.92.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS OF THE PROMOTION

- To qualify for the promotion, you must i) be a Member of Nespresso & You in Spain, and ii) place an order forat least 50 Nespresso coffee capsules on the websitewww.nespresso.com or using the Nespresso mobile apps or by calling 900 259 259.

- If you are not yet a Member, you may become a Nespresso & You Member at any Nespresso Boutique in Spain, on the websitewww.nespresso.com or by calling Nespresso & You on 900 259 259. You may only join Nespresso & You with your own information. Joining for third parties is not permitted.

- Nespresso & You Members are entitled to free delivery for minimum orders for 50 Nespresso coffee capsules exclusively using the website www.nespresso.com, or using Nespresso mobile applications or the Nespresso telephone (900 259 259) for the duration of the offer, stating your Member number.

- You may benefit from this promotion anunlimited number of times between 19/09/2019 and 30/09/2019, both inclusive, benefit from free delivery. Offer only available in Spain.

- These conditions apply solely to orders for at least 50 Nespresso coffee capsules.

- The Nespresso Professional range is excluded.

- Valid for Delivery Club, Same Day Delivery, Scheduled Delivery in the cities of Barcelona, Valencia, Madrid, Zaragoza, Alicante, Murcia, San Sebastian, Malaga, Seville, Valladolid, Bilbao, Palma, Girona, Pamplona, A Coruña, Oviedo, Vitoria, Granada, Lleida and Sabadell and Nespresso Pick-up points.
